Wikipedia is always a good source to understand the general background of an event.  Nevertheless, this source gives a very detailed account of the tet offensive. It includesmany sources that have come up in several other sources that I have used. More interesting however, are the many other viable sources that are noted at the bottom of the page. Many of the links available are extremely helpful and contain reliable and significance information.
